There are several requirements to attend CMA:

Student MUST be 17 years of age and a full-time high school (Senior) with a valid government issued picture ID. Must mail to us a notarized letter from the parent/guardian giving permission for the minor to take a course and acknowledging that the minor will not be eligible to take their certification exam until they are 18 years of age and will need to be CPR certified with BLS/AED.

Student MUST be 18 years of age and older and must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid government issued picture ID.

If graduated and 17 years of age, then a high school diploma (not a GED) must be emailed to us. The parent/guardian must mail to us a notarized letter giving permission for the minor to take a course and acknowledging that the minor will not be eligible to take their certification exam until they are 18 years of age.

CMA is a fully licensed online school and regulated by the Arkansas Division of Higher Education. Our programs are accredited through NHA, AAH, NCCT, and HPCT.

It's 75 , the fee will guarantee your secure seat for that month on the next starting date. SEATS are limited so we recommend that you secure your seat as soon as possible or you will have to wait until the next class. All registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Registration fees are ONLY valid for 30 days.

Students are permitted to start as soon as they register into our programs!

10 Week Program/Courses:

16 Week Program/Courses: 

• Medical Billing and Coding Specialist

Students will be provided with virtual interactive clinical training modules through SIMTICS.

In-Person Clinical are Optional for Medical Assistant , and Patient Care Technician

We train and fully prepare our students for employment while they are in the program we encourage our students to apply for employment while in the program and immediately after graduation. 

We assist students with job search and resume assistance.

At CMA everything you will need is included in your online program. We recommend that students take good notes and make flashcards as needed. 

Students that complete their program early will need to have balance paid in order to receive their certificate of completion from the program in order to be eligible to take their national certification exam.
